A few things about the challenge:
First of all, this is NOT a no pain, no gain type of workout! If you need to modify or take rest please listen to your body and do what you need to do for YOU.
Also, be gentle with yourself and don’t stress if you miss a workout day. We are all busy! We get it, so you will have two weeks to complete this challenge. We do recommend doing the challenge as much all together as you can, as the program is designed with that in mind. We are trying to make movement a habit and with every repetition that habit is formed!
Sign up for the challenge and you will be sent a welcome email with instructions and your workouts sent to your inbox each day! For the Challenge you will need a mat, a small hand towel, and light weights or soup cans or even water bottles.
Nice to meet you! I am Cassie
I have been a student of movement for 30 years, 20 of that teaching. I started my journey in movement because I was suffering with a debilitating back injury. Nothing I tried worked and I didn’t know where to look for support and felt alone. The medical community didn’t offer any solutions other than pain medication. After years of this, I knew there had to be a better way to move out of pain. And that is literally what I found- movement. Not only movement, but the unique method of Pilates and Mindful Awareness.
So I created a workout that is attainable, sustainable, enjoyable AND maximizes results. With controlled movements, mindful alignment, and deep awareness we can “work smarter not harder” and do less but achieve more!
My program is sustainable to do at many level of abilities and many ages. I am a 43 year old new mama and if I can do it, I know you can too!
My approach is easy, enjoyable, and most of all- effective. I have been practicing this method of exercise my entire life. Being healthy, fit and strong helped me give birth to my beautiful baby girl at the age of 43!
